Baths
Primary suites and hall baths done so they still feel right in ten years. Waterproofing first. Pretty second. Both done well.
Additions
Rooms that look like they always belonged here. One team on structure, envelope, and finish — so nobody is pointing at somebody else when a detail is off.
Commercial
Offices, clinics, tenant build-outs. Reception, treatment rooms, the rooms patients never see. Built so you can open on Monday and not apologize for the space.

Job 01.
First job on the books: a chiropractic office in the western suburbs. Reception, treatment rooms, lighting, finishes — a clinic that feels calm when someone walks in, and still looks that way after a full day of patients.
Homes stay on the board. This is just where we start: a neighbor’s practice, done like we’d do it for family.

Walk the job
House or office, we come look. What’s broken, what has to stay open, what you actually care about. If we’re not the right builder, you’ll hear it early — not after a long song and dance.
Write the job
Drawings, allowances, a schedule, and a number you can plan around. We lock the selections so the jobsite doesn’t turn into a group chat.
Build it
One person to call. Trades we’d use on our own jobs. The house stays livable. The clinic stays on a schedule. You hear from us before you have to chase us.
Hand it off
Punch list, manuals, who to call if something acts up. Then we come back after you’ve lived in it or worked in it. That’s when the real notes show up.
